These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BluePrimes POS Backup feature provided by Blue Primes Software (Pvt) Ltd ("BluePrimes", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Google Drive backup feature, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
BluePrimes POS Backup allows you to:
- Create local backup ZIP files of your POS database
- Upload those backups to your Google Drive after you authorize access
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service lawfully
- Keep your device and account secure
- Ensure you have permission to store and backup your business data
Google account authorization
- You authorize the app to access Google Drive with limited permission (drive.file) to upload backups.
- You can revoke permission anytime from your Google Account settings.
Data and backups
- You are responsible for the content of your backups.
- Backups are stored in your Google Drive; you control deletion and retention.
- BluePrimes is not responsible for data loss caused by user deletion, device issues, or third-party service interruptions.
Availability
We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to factors outside our control (internet, Google services, device issues).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePrimes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the backup feature.
Changes to the service
We may update the backup feature or these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
